SRMA to host workforce workshop on September 29, 2021

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Sept. 16, 2021 - PRLog -- With a focus on providing valuable resources and education to the SWFL manufacturing community, the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association (SRMA) announces a three-hour workshop titled "Attracting, Engaging and Retaining Top Talent" to be held September 29, 2021, starting at 8:00 a.m. at CareerSource Southwest in Fort Myers.

Presented by Marc Simms of Right Performance Management, attendees will learn how to identify candidates who fit within their company's culture and job description, as well as how long they'll stay.  Business leaders responsible for hiring, managing, training, or retaining employees, are encouraged to attend this informative workshop. Breakfast will be sponsored by First Citizens Bank.
