VPS is Appointed by Acqueon to be a Reseller Partner to Bring Conversational Engagem
Bringing Conversational Client Engagement to Twilio Flex Customers
Both VPS and Acqueon are long-standing partners with Twilio – the leading provider of programmable APIs for the contact center, including voice, messaging, and other channels. VPS has been an established Twilio systems integrator partner since 2013, and Acqueon added support for Twilio Flex for its Engagement platform in 2020.

As a result of the partnership, the company also plans to add customer engagement using voice and digital channels at all stages of the customer journey including sales, proactive service, collections, and retention.
