The 75,300 sq ft building, on Whitechapel Road, EC1, has been awarded a platinum rating under WiredScore'snew SmartScore certification.
The building uses our latest integration with Mitsubishi's DOAS Lift system along with QR codes for visitor management and Bluetooth + Desfire proximity readers for tenants.
Guardpoint10 is also fully integrated with the SmartSpaces App via Guardpoint10's modern API. The smart spaces app allows you to connect all of the buildings systems such as access, lighting, HVAC and energy control all from a mobile device.
