Netzer has completed the ACEDS eDiscovery Executive (eDEx) certificate training program, passed the exam, and received his eDEx certification.  The eDEx certificate program is administered by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), a premier membership organization of legal technology professionals around the world. This achievement validates David's understanding of the eDiscovery process and demonstrates his capacity to understand the requirements of law firms, legal vendors, and corporates seeking to hire the right talent to meet their ever-changing legal technology needs.

After sixteen years of recruiting eDiscovery professionals, I have a good understanding of the technologies used for processing and review. Now that I have the legal process training, I am able to fully understand the more technical side of the requirements of our clients such as forensic collection challenges, data retention and legal hold risks, and the benefits of using AI/TAR while processing ESI.
