About Harraton Court Stables

Owned by Darryll Holland since 2007, Harraton Court has been leased for the interim years, during which time Holland has continued his career, fitting in training modules to earn his training licence when he could. Now a licenced trainer, Holland, with Fallon as Assistant Trainer, hope to see many winners pass through their doors.

With more than 70 years of experience between us and supported by a world-class team, we want to bring the joy of racing to people as passionate about it as we are. We are confident that we can meet the racing world's high expectations of our operations by providing the highest standards of care and training.

The stables

Located in the heart of the British racing country, less than three miles from Newmarket, in the village of Exning, Harraton Court Stables is widely known as one of the most prestigious stables in the country. Steeped in history, the stables were established in the 1880s by John George Lambton, the third Earl of Durham, and a major name in racing at the time. The stables have been home to champions and Derby winners including Cicero, winner of the 1905. And so, it only seems appropriate that, more than a century later, the stables are once again in the capable hands of big names in racing, Darryll Holland and Kieren Fallon.
