Above Board Chamber to help your business maintain quality while growing

FORT MYERS, Fla. - May 26, 2021 - PRLog -- As your company grows, resources often become thin, and the chances of a drop in the quality of your products or service increases. On June 10 and 14, the Above Board Chamber of Florida (http://aboveboardchamber.com/) will present two seminars to explore and discuss proven methods of maintaining product and service quality during growth periods.

All companies want to grow, and gaining new clients and customers can be exhilarating. However, this growth can also become an Achilles' heel, especially when companies grow too quickly.

Many pitfalls can accompany extreme growth. These include not having the internal resources and staff to service the increase in business, pushing a product to market prematurely, taking on debt without a realistic repayment plan, and increasing overhead due to new hires and additional office space. All of these factors lead to increased expenses, often before there is enough revenue to support them. When this happens, something must give, and quality often suffers, potentially leading clients to go elsewhere.

June's Above Board seminar, "Maintaining Quality Standards During Periods of Extreme Growth," will help you understand these pitfalls so that you can recognize and develop strategies to avoid them before they negatively impact your business.

These in-person seminars will be held in both Fort Myers and Naples.

The Fort Myers seminar will be held Thursday, June 10, from 11:30 to 1:00 at the Crowne Plaza Bell Tower (13051 Bell Tower Drive).  Fort Myers panelists include:

The Naples seminar will be held on Monday, June 14, from 11:30 to 1:00 at the Hilton Naples, located at 5111 Tamiami Trail North. Naples panelists include:
