Ade's Marriott career started in 2008 as a front desk agent at Doral Golf Resort & Spa (now Trump National), after 6 months she was quickly promoted to leadership roles that set her on her course to become a General Manager. In her 13 years with Marriott Ade has worked at different properties and brands throughout the Miami market, covering full service and select service hotels with  Marriott Hotels and resorts, Renaissance, Ritz-Carlton, AC Hotels and now as the new General Manager of the renovated Courtyard Miami West/Doral.
