Edentech announces the release of SecureIR for Incident Reporting & Management

PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Feb. 16, 2021 - PRLog -- \WToday, Edentech is announcing the release of it's Incident Reporting and Management Solutions, SecureIR ("Secure-I-R").  This is the last of the previous announced solutions that are part of the CareSecureSuite of applications targeting Care, Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management.  Along with it's sibling solutions, CareCoordinator, SecureEPLS, SecureRecalls, & SecureBackgrounds, SecureIR adds a Compliance and Risk Management solution that goes beyond the Healthcare Market.  SecureIR is suitable for many Facility or Campus based organizations that have a need for tracking, managing, and reporting on incidents of all types within their organization.

As with all of the other SaaS offerings in the CareSecureSuite, SecureIR is also a web based application using the same development tools and database structure, and is hosted in the Amazon Cloud environment.

SecureIR comes with a completely free trial of no less than 30 days, so that prospective clients can get a good feel for the product and it's capabilities.  It comes preloaded with several Incident Types but allows the users to add more.  There is no limit to the number of Incident Types that can be added and the user can define the approval process and distribution workflow for each type.

The SecureIR system also comes preloaded with two reporting templates, one a multi-purpose template and the other a custom template as defined by the user.  These templates make it easy and consistent for the Client Users to enter the needed information about an incident based on it's type, and also structures the resulting Incident Report.
