Louis Balestier Joins Big Fuss Records To Deliver A Power Punch Of New Music

Later, Louis Balestier moved to San Francisco where he would play drums in church. At this time, he flourished in his love of gospel music.
Louis' brother Angelo Balestier was a renowned bass player who played with many popular artists in the Mission District of San Francisco. Angelo would regularly perform and gig with a band called "The Ghetto", playing Latin Rock music. During this time, Louis was introduced to Neal Schon. Armando Peraza, Raul Rekow, Richard Segovia, Francisco Aguabella, Chepito Arias, Sheila Escovedo, Jorge Santana, Richard Kermode and many other talented Bay Area musicians.
Songwriting became a passion for Louis and to this day, the creativity keeps him grounded.
Louis has performed with local Northern California bands including, Perfect Plan, Waves Of Life, Redwings, Black Velvet, Alpha And Omega, Ebenezer, and Los Cochinos. He also appeared as a solo artist who at one time, performed at St. Petersburg's Romanov Theatre in Russia. His singing, songwriting and music also caused him to travel to Germany, Spain, Finland, London, Mexico and other locations.
As the dream continues, Balestier demonstrates a love for the uniqueness of people. He has had the opportunity to be influenced by Billy Cobham, Gino Vanelli, The Beatles, Santana, America, Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Joe Cocker, Jose Jose, Dionne Warwick, Burt Bacharach, Sam Cooke, Dusty Springfield and many more musicians and performers.
Recently, Louis Balestier signed with Big Fuss Records for the release of multiple projects in 2021. "Bendiciones"
His next single; "Back To You" is an energetic percussive heart song, that is sure to excite listeners. The song sings of being fed up with drama and wanting a love that is real. The new track is set for a Valentine Day promotional release February 12, 2021.
