Silk Stem Collective wins $10,000 Amber Grant to Support Women in Business

CHICAGO - Jan. 26, 2021 - PRLog -- Silk Stem Collective, an online rent-and-return faux flower boutique, is pleased to announce it has received an Amber Grant from WomensNet. This $10,000 grant enables Silk Stem Collective to further its mission to offer reusable florals to eco-conscious couples planning weddings and other events.

"We have big plans for these funds," says founder Amanda Rapacz. "One of our main goals for 2021 is to get our name out there by providing an amazing product that encourages creativity and individuality. We believe everyone deserves beautiful wedding florals and we want to be the leaders of inclusion in an industry that struggles with diversity. The WomensNet Amber Grant Foundation awards monthly and annual grants through a competitive application and review process. Grants are awarded to women-owned businesses. Silk Stem Collective is the December 2020 recipient.
