CareCoordinator CareCoordinator for Home Care is a new implementation of the Company's CareCoordinator product that has been in production for 9 years. (Post Acute and Acute Care Versions). This version's emphasis is on Secure Communications, Caregiver Schedules, Client Care, and Management. This product implements custom portals for the different users; the Agency Administrator, the Office Personnel, the Caregivers, and the Clients. "This is very satisfying to offer this product to our existing base of Home Care Customers, says partner Lou Liberio. "We've been operating in the Home Care market for about 8 years with our Garland and SecureEPLS products, and we've seen a need for a product that provides this functionality at an affordable price." Edentech is offering this product with a free tier for the smallest of agencies. Prices scale with agency size based on number of Caregivers, starting at $9 a month. An agency with 25 Caregivers can subscribe for as little as $39 a month, including all functionality. The company is also offering an Early Adopters Program that reduces the price 25%. This Early Adopter program will be offered for the first year to those clients who subscribe within the first three months of 2021. Home Care Agencies of any size can benefit from the web based access via any device that can run a browser. The Caregiver screens are optimized for laptop or tablet size screens. The Secured Communications allows the office to communicate with Caregivers and vice versa, in a secured fashion that does not use email. Clients (patients) who choose can also have accounts on the system and access their records and communicate with their Caregiver or the office personnel through the Secured Communications function.
