Project Expedition Launches Shore Excursions Platform for Travel Advisors

NEW YORK - Jan. 6, 2021 - PRLog -- Project Expedition today announced the official launch of their new shore excursions platform for travel advisors. The platform allows travel advisors to easily import cruise itineraries and earn commission on thousands of shore excursions across 447 seaports and river ports around the world.

While Project Expedition has always offered shore excursions as part of their inventory of nearly 20,000 tours and activities, their new shore excursions platform introduces unique benefits such as cruise-friendly refund policies and back-to-ship guarantees, in addition to proprietary technology that makes it easier for travel advisors to plan excursions in each port and share that information with their clients. Many of these features were driven by direct feedback from the travel advisor community.

Out of the 3,434 shore excursions currently available on Project Expedition, travel advisors will find experiences that range from sightseeing tours in St. Petersburg, to helicopter glacier landings in Alaska, catamarans in the Caribbean, and more. Private itineraries and custom excursions can also be curated on request.

To get started, travel advisors can navigate to projectexpedition.com and select "Shore Excursions" in the grey menu bar at the top of the page. Then simply enter a cruise line or ship name and select your sailing date to import the itinerary (498 ships from 47 cruise lines are currently supported). From here, users can view available shore excursions in each port of call, and they can even curate a list of excursions and share them with their clients.
