Perform Transactions Flexibly with ASAP Systems and its Inventory Mobile App
Performing the Issue and Move transactions is made simpler with this latest enhancement to the Inventory Mobile App. We now provide users an added mobility option to perform transactions specific to movement and consumption of Inventory from their mobile phones.

Our Inventory Mobile App gives users the flexibility to select an Inventory ID number and choose a specific location to pull Inventory items from, as long as the available quantity is larger than zero. Historically, our users would pull Inventory from multiple locations that hold Inventory items. Now, system administrators can pre-set the method by which the users would follow on their mobile barcode scanners, smartphones, and tablets.
When navigating this Inventory App, users can conduct a search of their available inventory, select the desired Inventory item and location from the list of items found in multiple locations, and finally if:
1. The "Issue / Move by Selected Location" is turned on, only the available Inventory quantity in that location will get consumed or moved.
2. The "Issue / Move by Selected Location" is off, the Inventory number will be automatically filled in, however, users will have to select the locations to pull Inventory from separately.
