How to setup IMAP, POP, SMTP server settings for Office 365

How to setup IMAP, POP, SMTP server settings for Office 365
·         Server Address – smtp.mail.office365.com
·         Username – one is required to enter his or her email address
·         Password – you are requested to enter your password
·         Port Number - 465 (with SSL)
·         Alternate Port Number -587(with TLS)
·         Authentication – Required

How to troubleshoot Office 365 IMAP not working problem?
1.    Overcome sending email concern: One has to ensure that the email was send
·         Click on send and see the last email send
·         Make sure you have written the correct email address
·         One should also check the draft folder
·         Ask the receiver to check the email correctly even in the spam folder
·         One should ensure that the by mistake the receiver should not have blocked the email address

2.    Overcome receiving email concern
·         One is required to check the account settings, do check the spam folder as well to ensure if by mistake the email has moved to the spam
·         There is a need to check if by mistake we have blocked the sender's email address mistake
·         In order to ensure that we should receive all the email one should check all the Email filters so that all the emails should be routed to the respective folder
