Free Agent, Erick Evans, Fulfills Dream of Working with The Ronald McDonald Foundation

DALLAS - Nov. 14, 2020 - PRLog -- Erick Evans is a free agent football player out of Dallas, TX. Evans has been working tirelessly through the current pandemic to maintain his physical readiness in the hopes of finding a new team to call home. Evans went to school at the University of North Texas, then transferred over to Tennessee State University. While Evans awaits opportunities to work out for the Canadian Football League next spring, he is staying on top of his charitable initiatives in his hometown.

Erick Evans makes it a point to find time to give back to his community when he is not training or spending time with his family. With the current pandemic, charity and community service is needed more than ever. Evans recently partnered with The Ronald McDonald Foundation, a national charity that he is extremely passionate about. Erick has been wanting to work with this foundation for a while now, and he finally has gotten the opportunity. Erick will be helping the foundation sell raffle tickets and meet and greet visitors at the NorthPark mall in the Trains at NorthPark exhibit.

The Ronald McDonald Foundation's goal is to keep families together while the children are getting the medical treatment they need. They accomplish this by providing housing for these families nationwide. In Dallas alone, there are 79 rooms for families, along with playrooms, a library, a chapel and so much more. In a world full of doubt and uncertainty, Evans wants to do everything he can to give back and make a difference. Dallas has a special place in Evan's heart, and he could not think of a better way to help out his community than by partnering with The Ronald McDonald Foundation.

"I am so proud and excited to be part of the Ronald McDonald Foundation," Evans said. "It means so much to me to be able to give back any way I can! By being part of this organization, it allows me to make an impact in the community I grew up in."

Evans is planning on making an impact not only in his hometown, but anywhere else his career may take him.
