LOS ANGELES - Nov. 11, 2020 - PRLog -- LACOSTA Facility Services just announced their newest operating system to revolutionize their company's service practices, known as the UniShield system. The Unishield system comprises five concepts that come together to make up the standards that all LACOSTA employees, including their mascot Bravo, uphold and follow every day.

The five concepts are referred to as individual shields by the company, and each separate shield has its unique meaning and purpose within the overarching UniShield System.

• InvisiShield: An extra shield of protection, like an invisible barrier that symbolizes the strict adherence and extra precautions taken to ensure a clean, healthy, safe, and efficient work environment.
• PredictaShield: Symbolizes the proactive nature of LACOSTA's predictive scheduling model that ensures the necessary resources to complete a customer's scope of work.
• ReliaShield is a portrayal of the top-notch reliability standard that is continuously upheld by the company along with the tools and systems to assure delivery.
• TransformaShield: Defines how LACOSTA, as an industry leader,  will transform the current status to a more effective and efficient delivery and quality standard.
