About the Leader of the Year Award

Awarded at the Toast of Schaumburg yearly, this award represents a community leader and business champion who exemplifies qualities of visionary leadership and effective communication skills. These in turn foster strong business relationships, community involvement, and achievements within the business community. Although this year's Toast was different, the SBA did an amazing job of executing a fun, safe and health-minded event, which still recognized and honored all annual awards and raise funds for the annual scholarships.
