All Calculated Industries Apps Now Available for Chromebook
Combined with Google's implementation of Play Store on Chromebook, the apps have the same experience on Chromebook as a user would find being on an Android smartphone or Android tablet. Plus, installing the app does not require additional steps to install on a device.
The available apps include: Construction Master EZ, Construction Master Pro, Construction Master 5, Measure Master Pro, Material Estimator, ConcreteCalc Pro, HeavyCalc Pro, Ultra Measure Master, ElectriCalc Pro, Pipe Trades Pro, Tradesman Calc, and ConversionCalc Plus.
To install, a user can go to the Play Store and download the app and start using it. Once downloaded, a user will enjoy the same app experience and receive the same functionality as the app on their phone.
If a user already owns a Calculated Industries Android app, they can download it again to the Chromebook. No additional purchase is necessary if they are using the same Play Store account used from the original purchase. However, if their original purchase was through the App Store, they will need to purchase the new platform for use on Chromebook. From there, they can install the app on all of their Android devices connected with their account.
"The ability to have Calculated Industries apps on your Chromebook and other Android devices will enable tradesmen to build with confidence" said Steve Kennedy, President of Calculated Industries. "These apps simplify building-math removing the need to be a mathematician and allowing them to do their job with precision."
