Serenity Parks Calls For Kent Charities To Get In Touch

SEVENOAKS, U.K. - Oct. 7, 2020 - PRLog -- A new homes developer, that provides luxury park home living for the over 45's, is calling for charities close to its Kent development to make contact.

Serenity Parks, who will decide upon three charities to support, will make a £100 donation on behalf of each buyer upon completion of the sale. The buyer will be able to choose which of the three charities they would like the donation to go to.

"This is our way of giving a little bit back to the local communities that we join and help valuable charities that support so many causes and people in those communities," said Marie Hanby, Marketing Manager, Serenity Parks. We'd love to hear from charities across all sectors and would like to have their request for our donations by the end of September 2020."

To be considered, charities will need to be officially registered and should provide a brief statement as to what they do, who they support and how they positively impact on the local community.

"We still have a number of homes available for purchase at our Kingsdown Meadow development so three charities could potentially benefit if chosen by our buyers," said Marie. "We shall look forward to supporting the local community at a time when funding has become harder to come by, and charities are needed more than ever to provide vital support and services to individuals and families."
