By: NorCal Press
Weaving poetic thoughts and ideas into music styles and genres; Yerachmiel expresses a panorama of intense emotion, with his voice alone. The original singer/songwriter has been singing for a while and his experience comes through on "Ordinary People".
From the age of seven as a child in a religious boys' choir, Yerachmiel has been touring, recording, and filling seats in auditoriums. He has appeared in numerous TV and radio shows. He has toured with Matisyahu and has shared the stage with legends Joan Baez and Shlomo Carlebach. To date, he has six studio albums, and twenty singles while also appearing in over fifty albums.
Yerachmiel's full name is Yerachmiel Ziegler. He was born in Monsey New York and immigrated to Israel in 2007. He now lives in Jerusalem and works as a music teacher, producer, and tour guide. He studied at the Mir Yeshiva, Pardes and the Jerusalem Academy of Music, and is currently on his way to a masters in Archaeology and Bible at the Hebrew University.

A window to the journey of love and loss, a change of identity and a spiritual perspective, Yerachmiel has recently released his own new album of songs titled "Off the Derech". The 21-song collection is an expression of great change in the artist's personal life and outlook. It is a journey of raw emotion and vulnerability where the artist faces his own self-doubt to finding self-acceptance and growth in love.
Big Fuss Records is pleased to help introduce Yerachmiel to a wider audience with the inclusion of "Ordinary People" in 'Corona Diaries', the compilation that shines with optimistic hope and simplicity.
