Microexcel Successfully Implements Portal Solution for A Leading Pharmaceutical Company

SECAUCUS, N.J. - June 16, 2020 - PRLog -- Microexcel Inc., a global provider of technology solutions and services, today announced the deployment of a comprehensive portal solution with minimal & responsive UI that provides the Sales Admin group with required functionality. It was also integrated with client's HR management system.

The client in healthcare sector was compelled to use manual process of managing multiple distribution lists in Outlook to execute critical communications with their regional and local sales teams. With over 500 lists, administration was a huge challenge. A huge gap of communication as well was identified between leadership and sales team.

Post the complete analysis of the existing landscape and detailed consultative discussions, Microexcel's solution approach aimed at providing a solution which addressed this challenge and provided immediate results, while simplifying the administration with self-servicing  features rather, than having to raise requests through their internal IT support.
