Marshall Barnes Makes Call For Time Travel Research Funding, Says Space Is Not The Answer

Releasing a new article in wake of the SpaceX launch delay, Marshall Barnes, R&D Eng says we can't rely on space exploration to save humanity and the only real solution is time travel to the past, so $100Gs should be raised to complete the R&D.
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - May 29, 2020 - PRLog -- As the leading researcher in the world on time travel, Marshall Barnes has been pushing the envelope on the subject across all fronts. It's role in pop culture, how it's described in physics, and its potential as a means to escape a future gone wrong. His latest article for's Futurism community pulls no punches, exposing the vulnerabilities of the projected futures of space exploration in the wake of the SpaceX launch delay and recent promotion of Jeff Bezos' envisioned orbital space communities for zillions of people in the future. In comparison to all of the money being spent on these projects, Marshall posits a mere $100,000 would be enough to determine the ability to establish a two way method to travel back and forth between now and 12,000 years ago. Settlements would be set-up there to escape extinction level events, just as the proposed space efforts suggest, but clearly for the tiniest fraction of the cost.

"Look, this is no joke," Marshall says. "It's not just the COVID-19 pandemic, though for me, that's the last straw. It's everything that caused the 100 seconds to midnight movement on the Doomsday clock. I predicted we would need this ability to escape because things were going to get worse. The one way projects that have already been funded for individuals, are getting underway now and one has begun to produce effects already, indicating I'm on the right track."

Marshall's article is embedded with pertinent videos and graphics, highlighting his space career. Between those who've been shocked by the COVID-19 pandemic, time travel fans, tech entrepreneurs, and those who fancy the idea of going to a safe past rather than dealing with prepping for uncertain conditions, getting the needed funds shouldn't be problematic. There's also potential US government interest. In his article, Marshall mentions he won't share the technological information or capabilities with foreign governments, opening the way for a past run and dominated by the United States.

"The bottom line is I used to be part of the space community but I realized we've run out of time. This radical alternative I've developed could be ready by the end of the year. Musk, Bezos and everyone else will not beat that schedule and that might even be too late."
