CHELSEA, U.K. - May 21, 2020 - PRLog -- Patrick O'Neill-Ortiz ,a resident of Battersea Power Station and a Director for Parallel Investments Limited has spent the last 18 years serving the pharmaceutical industry with Importation and exportation of prescription medicines including holding directorships at several leading pharmaceutical companies in the UK and abroad.
On the 25th March 2020 Mr O'Neill-Ortiz decided in light of the possible shortages that he would drop his current business activities and attempt to secure PPE items such as face masks directly from the factories in China to help support the United Kingdom.
Mr O'Neill-Ortiz communicated with the UK Government offering his support for onward supply of much needed face masks with FFP2 Standard. Mr O'Neill-Ortiz has enough face masks for 162'000 people and a further supply of type 11R Disposable Fluid Resistant to cover another 50'000 front line staff. He also has the capability to order another 500'000 face masks FFP2 if not more directly from his supplier in China.
On the 31st of March he received an auto response from the UK GOV informing him the following;
Update on your offer of support
Thank you very much for your offer of support and taking the time to complete the survey.
Given the large volume of offers we are receiving it is not possible to respond to each one, but all offers are being reviewed. If they can be used as part of the governments response to COVID-19 we will be in touch.
Today is Monday the 21st of May nearly two months later and Mr O'Neill-Ortiz still has had no response to place an order from NHS England, however local CCG's (Clinical Commissioning Groups) have started to show an interest.
Many online Pharmacies and retailers have now published pricing between £4.95-£9.95 - per single masks FFP2-KN95 - 'These prices are absurd, we are committed to anti-price gouging and will set our pricing at a fair low level and will not be increasing prices with demand , £3.12 per mask - whether retail or wholesale whether now or in the future our prices will remain fixed explains Chief Executive Officer Mr Patrick O'Neill-Ortiz, Parallel Investments Limited.
If you have a need for respirators FFP2 that are fairly priced, CE Certified and have a filtration of 98.8% which is just 0.08% short of the highest level of FFP3 then please feel free to make contact via email email@example.com
