SmileyAnswers introduces the new Smiley Link and Smiley Digital. Smiley Link uses QR Codes to capture customer, patient, and employee feedback in a "touchless" way. The QR Code is easily added to a Smiley Terminal or Smiley Touch for the individual to provide their sentiment. All of this is done while the person is still in the experience. Smiley Link is a free service offered to current and new customers up to October 31, 2020.
