America First Investment Advisors Adopts CFA Institute Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct
America First Investment Advisors joins select group of financial advisors demonstrating this commitment to ethical behavior and protection of investor interests.
More than 1,400 financial firms worldwide now claim compliance with the Code, which was developed to standardize a commitment to ethical behavior and the protection of Investor interests. Firms claiming compliance with the Code are listed on the CFA Institute website. The Institute does not verify claims.
Eric Ball, CEO of America First Investment Advisors, said:
"Adopting the Code is really our way of highlighting that the interests of our clients come first. The advice we give to our financial planning and investment management clients is the same we'd give to a member of our own family.
"We don't sell annuities or any other financial product. Our only source of income comes from our investment management fee. Clients benefit from the services of our CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals, Matt Holloway and Katerina Wiese.
The CFA Institute Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct states that managers have these responsibilities to their clients:
• To act in a professional and ethical manner at all times
• To act for the benefit of clients
• To act with independence and objectivity
• To act with skill, competence, and diligence
• To communicate with clients in a timely and accurate manner
