Joan Been, Living Waters Inc President and CEO states, "Building community connections with our faith leaders, community leaders, and behavioral health professionals is critical for improving mental health care in the Charlotte region. The 2020 Mental Health Summit aims to provide information and resources and identify opportunities for faith and community organizations to welcome and integrate mental health consumers, support social inclusion, and decrease stigma and discrimination." Living Waters Inc will launch a "Building Community Connections for Mental Health" campaign in March. The event's theme emphasizes "Collaborating for Mental Health".
