"Compliance to these standards demonstrates our unwavering commitment to quality and safeguarding the data of patients, customers, employees, and partner-suppliers,"
Implementing these management systems has involved every aspect of the organization's performance. The company created a comprehensive Quality Manual that incorporates more than 125 standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, templates, forms, and logs in operation to illustrate strict adherence to compliance standards
The new ISMS security policy includes physical and environmental safety, operations security, access control, communications security, and incident management, to name a few. The company is currently training and operationalizing the approved procedures to demonstrate evidence of compliance.
Bob Baurys, CEO of 83bar, commented, "As we continue to grow, we will invest time and resources in these initiatives. Industry experience dictates that these kinds of systems not only reduce costly errors and waste, but also boost client satisfaction."
Mr. Furness added, "The process of creating quality systems has supported our culture of individually embracing the responsibility for quality and information security. We already use data analytics to measure performance of our campaigns and our clinical nurse contact interactions. Now, we will have better tools and processes to measure our team's compliance and performance to these globally recognized standards."
