Membership is open to everyone, regardless of his/ her nationality. b. Members should be 18 years old and above. c. You can be a member by downloading the Henann Rewards app. It is available on App Store and Google Play. You can also register via the official websites of Henann properties. How to earn points a. Earn 5 points per 100 pesos spent on guest rooms in any Henann resort and in any Kai Spa branch. b. Only guests that booked directly will be allowed to earn points. Guests that booked through a travel agency or online travel agency won't able to earn points. c. Guests must show the actual membership card or digital card with any valid ID to acquire points. The name listed in the reservation should match with the membership/digital card and valid ID. d. Points can only be earned by checked-in members only. e. Members can only earn points on a maximum of 3 rooms per date, provided that checked-in guests for the other rooms are direct family members. f. Points cannot be earned through complimentary rooms. How to redeem points You can redeem your points by logging in to the Henann Rewards app or website and at the resort. a. Redeem free room nights at any Henann resort in the country. b.
