By: Rook Coffee
Erin completed her undergrad at Bucknell University, followed up with a law degree from The George Washington University Law School. She has an extensive background as a corporate attorney working for pharmaceutical company Bristol Myers-Squibb and the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. She also brings past experience with a family in the restaurant industry.
As Monmouth County natives, Rook's co-founders and co-CEOs, Shawn Kingsley and Holly Migliaccio share roots with Mickel since childhood. The two have watched her corporate success for many years so they were elated when she said "yes" to join the Rook team in September.
"Our goal has always been to create a strong company that will successfully sustain for the long haul. Having Erin on board will undoubtedly give Rook that ability," says Co-founder, Holly Migliaccio.
With 15 professionals on their corporate team, the company feels strong as they move into 2020 and look to maintain a solid coffee presence throughout New Jersey.
