"With the Songs as our Compass and Tradition as the Captain"
By: Omilos Eksipiretiton (The Servers’ Society)
Everyone is welcomed to join us on a musical journey through the beauties of the Greek countryside. The azure of the skies, the gentle waves of the sea and the cool air of the mountains come alive with "one voice" in a musical night full of colours and melodies.
Presented in English but with lots of Greek singing, the evening will see us musically wander in the simplicity and majesty of Greek folk music.
Admission is free but guests are encouraged to book in advance via email at info@omilos-
About Omilos Eksipiretiton
Founded in 1980 in Athens, Greece, Omilos Eksipiretiton is a non-profit society, a school of thought and action that teaches a contemporary and living practical philosophy, originating from the Socratic "know thyself" and extending in every aspect of our lives. Through acquiring a new perspective of ourselves, others and life as a whole, we are taught the High Art of Life and thus we learn to fully live and experience all things, overcome all difficulties and express freely our inner potential to be well.
Omilos studies and synthesizes all currents of human thought, creation and expression -with the High Art of Music being amongst the most important- with the aim of finding their essence and the great meanings of life that are conveyed through them.
