Luminaries to speak at the third Global Bhagavad Gita Convention in the Bay Area

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Oct. 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Visionary of the Convention, Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha will be delivering the opening envisioning address. The inauguration address will be by Swami Tattwamayananda of the Vedanta Society of California. Swami Nirviseshananda Tirtha and Ma Gurupriya of CIRD will speak about Enlightened Living - Walking the Inner Path and Living the Message of Bhagavad Gita respectively.

The convention will feature Keynote and Panel Discussion on Timeless Leadership Lessons. Keynote speaker scheduled to appear is Gopi Kallayil, Chief Evangelist Officer, Google. Panel discussion moderated by ​Jayesh Goyal, an accomplished Business Leader. The panel includes ​​Madhu Ranganathan, CFO of OpenText, Inc., Dr. Ace Simpson,  Academic Specializing in Organizational Behavior, Paramesh Gopi, a well known Serial Entrepreneur, and Rev. Sundari Jensen from Center for Spiritual Enlightenment.

The second panel's theme is expected to draw attention is Bhagavad Gita's relevance for Millennial and Young Professionals. Gaurav Rastogi will deliver the first keynote for this segment. He is the founder of the Livingdeeply Foundation, and the topic will be Don't Sit This One Out: Bhagavad Gita - A Call to Action. Philip Goldberg, author of American Veda, will be the second keynote speaker and will speak on The Gite and Your Future: Ancient Wisdom on the Cutting Edge.

Leadership Coach, Dr. Prasad Kaipa will be moderating an impressive panel. Speakers in the panel include Dr. Fred Luskin from Stanford University Forgiveness Project and Dr. Sailesh Rao, Executive Director of Climate Healer. Chinmay Surpur, Academic Specialist and Tanupa Thaker, a student from San Jose State University will share perspectives of Millennial and Young Professionals.

The third panel's theme will be Bhagavad Gita for Individual Happiness and Societal Well Being. The first keynote on this theme will be delivered by Nipun Mehta, TEDx Speaker and founder of ServiceSpace. Renowned Happiness Coach, Dr. Srikumar Rao, will deliver a keynote on Lessons from the Gita - Eliminate Stress and Become More Efficient and Productive.

Dr. Ravishankar Gundlapalli, Entrepreneur and Author, will moderate and lead the panel. Members of the panel to include Prabakar Sundarrajan, Founder and Chief Strategist of the Fabric, Hilary Lindsay, Author and Yoga Teacher, and Dr. Mihir Meghani, Emergency Physician, at TPMG.

Priya Dharan, Healthcare & Medical Device Marketing Professional and Janaki Mythily Kumar, Design & Innovation Thought Leader will be Emcees for the convention.  The conference will feature a series of art and cultural performances on Bhagavad Gita by accomplished artists. The convention will be having a collection of digital publications and books.
