Loretta Kaufman to Exhibit in "Geometry" at Site: Brooklyn Gallery
Loretta Kaufman's acrylic painting "Quartet: Series M" was selected to be part of Geometry, a juried exhibition at Site: Brooklyn Gallery.
By: Fusion Art
Site: Brooklyn Gallery is dedicated to exhibiting the current practice of contemporary artists. This exhibition will illustrate how geometry and art have a deep and intertwined history, and that geometric forms provided classical proportions, complex symbols, and linear perspective. Many well-known artists including Frank Stella and Mondrian opened up an entirely new language using geometry to get to the roots of form and perception.
