The Spin Awards to roll out The Spin Awards Radio Hall of Fame

ATLANTA - July 26, 2019 - PRLog -- The Spin Awards is proud to announce the inception of the Spin Awards Radio Hall of Fame that is being established to recognize those who have distinguished themselves in the Christian Gospel Radio industry. The Spin Awards Radio Hall of Fame will enshrine exceptional figures in the industry including radio stations, dee jays, shows, host and announcers.

The Spin Awards will induct two to four enshrinees each year. The mission of the Spin Awards Hall of Fame is to bring to the forefront  the efforts of the behind the scene heroes. The Spin Awards Hall of Fame will also archive the history of individuals who have significantly influenced  and inspired others, initially virtually and eventually in actuality.

Individuals can be inducted in four categories: Early Influencer Award, Legends/Lifetime Achievement, Music Format On-Air Personality, Spin Awards CEO Award and the Radio Career Achievement Award.  There is one formal criteria for induction and that is an inductee must have started in the Christian Gospel radio  at least 15 years from the date of their first spin The candidates and their relative impact in Christian Gospel radio will be reviewed for inductee consideration.  Spin Awards Affiliates may nominate a candidate for the Spin awards Radio Hall of Fame.

Two inductees will be enshrined during the 3rd Annual Spin Awards weekend Experience in Atlanta, Georgia at the Chaddick Theatre, October 25-27, 2019.  For more information, go to www.thespinawards.com.
