Toni Vanschoyck, fellow Monat directors given mentorship by leadership expert John Maxwell

CHARLESTON, S.C. - July 15, 2019 - PRLog -- This September, author, motivational speaker and Monat Senior Executive Director Toni Vanschoyck and her husband, motivational speaker Jay Treloar, will talk to nearly 8,000 Monat representatives on the same stage as leadership expert John Maxwell at Monations United 2019 in Columbus, Ohio.

Following the conference, Vanschoyck and her fellow directors in the hair care products company will get the opportunity to learn from the man who was named the No. 1 leadership expert in the world in 2014 by Inc. Magazine.

Monat leaders announced this week that Maxwell will join professional athlete Tim Tebow, motivational speaker Les Brown, and award-winning columnist and strategic storyteller Kindra Hall as keynote speakers for the conference Sept. 11-14 at Nationwide Arena. And then, in a video from the company's recent directors retreat in the Bahamas, Monat Global President Stuart A. MacMillan announced another way Maxwell will partner with Monat.

Anyone in the company that has reached the director level by the end of August will get the chance to participate in the Monat Maxwell Certification Program. Directors will attend a mentoring day with Maxwell on Sept. 11 during  the conference, and then every month for a year, Maxwell will provide an hour of mentoring. At the end of the year, the director will be a Monat Maxwell Certified Market Partner.
