Black Woman Owned Architectural Design Firm Joins Candice Nicole Public Relations and Shares Expansion Details, plus New Projects

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - July 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Earlier this month, Award Winning Publicist Candice Nicole celebrated 12 years in the PR industry, and four years of being operating Candice Nicole Public Relations (CNPR) full-time. In addition, CNPR celebrated COG Studio joining the CNPR roster. "I couldn't be more excited to have COG Studio join our growing roster this year. To not just have a one of a kind architectural design studio that thrives off innovation, it's also Black Woman-owned!" says Candice.

COG Studio is a multi-design firm that features architects, interior designers, and developers. This Award Winning firm is operated by Chandra Moore who has over 20 years experience and branched off on her own in 2011. What sparked her interest in creating COG Studio is that Chandra said she wanted to change the way architecture is done today. Her mission was to create new elements and energy throughout design. COG Studio specializes in the following: Office/Workplace lifestyle, Hospitality, Community, Retail, Restaurant spaces, Community Engagement, Luxury Living, Multi-Family and Leasing Pathways.

The most recent project that COG Studio completed is The Social Grooming Club located in Detroit, MI. COG Studio changed the existing space and brand by highlighting the way a barbershop works and in return enhancing the experience for the customer while in the space waiting to be serviced and during.

Some current projects that COG Studio is proud to serve as design lead are as follows:

• Arcadia Apartments - A 330 Luxury Units being developed in Michigan with Ohio Developer and Architect.  CO Studio is proud to be the design lead on this project.

• Femology- The only female-focused co-working space in Detroit, will be expanding from 500 sq ft to 3,000 sq. ft in the fall and one of the design leads is Chandra Moore of COG Studio
• Northwest Activity Center - A youth center within the West area of Detroit, and COG Studio proudly serves as the Design A/E  

As all projects are very special to COG Studio, Chandra has a personal connection with Femoloy because of the audience they serve. "Office spaces today are changing. Many businesses are working in an open environment as well as a collaborative environment. When we were asked to work on the co-working space for Femology, we were beyond delighted. Our goal is to create a space that is not only inviting to working women but also moms. The space will be inviting and vibrant."

For the remained of 2019, COG Studio will be making some new additions. As they are headquartered in Detroit, MI they will be expanding to Atlanta, GA later Summer 2019 and look forward to adding their own touch to many new projects in the popular city.
