Every beer and every musician have a story -- The Growlers Sessions tells those stories!

LOS ANGELES - June 28, 2019 - PRLog -- It was announced today by Jeff Popka, President of Indie On Air Records, that his latest project, The Growlers Sessions, will be presenting interactive live film and music events featuring performances by independent artists at microbreweries in various locales around the U.S. The Growlers Sessions is being co-produced in cooperation between IOA Records and TuneTrax (www.gettunetrax.com), an artist community platform located in Los Angeles.

The first Growlers Sessions is set for Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Mayday Brewery in Murfreesboro, TN. The day will begin with a bike ride to benefit The Multiple Sclerosis Society, to be followed by a fundraiser in the brewery space. The live music kicks off at 2:45 p.m. with the last act taking the stage at 8:30 p.m. Artists in order of scheduled appearance are The Festivus Players, Thunderfrog, Brent Byrd, and wrapping up the evening of exceptional music, will be Coopertheband.

When asked about his interest in filming live music events targeted specifically to breweries, Popka explained his vision, "I am driven to explore and share the creative insight behind brewmasters within the exploding microbrewery industry, along with spotlighting stories from the emerging artists who play at these New Age venues. We plan to delve deep into the inspiration and passion of both entities while showcasing their respective art. We will do so in an entertaining and lively manner where the fans of both can participate in an interactive way and be a part of the film project and music event."

Popka continues, "We are filming nationwide in search of the standout heart-inspired microbreweries that are popping up all over our country. If there is an interesting story to tell, we want to tell it. Creative types have a way of expressing their passion where one can feel the love behind their projects. The Growlers Sessions not only presents the event but additionally immerses the viewer in the experience while delving into the deeper stories within."

Besides the July 20^th Mayday Brewery event, upcoming scheduled dates for The Growlers Sessions include:

·         September 28, 2019: Bent Water Brewing Company / Lynn, MA - featuring Chad Hollister Band

·         October 12, 2019: Dog Rose Brewing Company / St Augustine, FL - featuring the Cliff Wheeler Band (during Florida Indie Fest)

·         October 19, 2019: 81Bay Brewing Company / Tampa, FL - featuring Hope Darling
