SAN FRANCISCO - May 13, 2019 - PRLog -- Maddie, a 40-year-old art therapist is living her dream when she relocates from New York to Italy to continue her work helping women who are survivors of abuse. Although she believes in romantic love, she isn't convinced she's met the one person she's willing to spend the rest of her life with. Maddie has always known she was different, with feelings of not quite belonging in the present and of being gently tugged by the past. Her connection with the past heightens as she "meets" a female artist from the 17th Century, Artemisia Gentileschi. When Maddie is befriended by the Crociani family, she learns of their turbulent past as well as their connection with Artemisia. Drawn to a painting of Matteo Crociani in their gallery, Maddie's past starts blending into her present. Follow Maddie as she forms unbreakable bonds, finds true love, and proves once and for all that love and heartfelt connections stand the tests of time. ("Eternally Artemisia" ISBN 9780997634877).

"Eternally Artemisia" is Melissa Muldoon's third book featuring Italy, art history, and fierce female leads. When asked about her inspiration for the story she revealed, "By the end of Eternally Artemisia, I want women to be inspired by the strong women portrayed in my novel. I want them to realize by making their mark, standing up for themselves, living their lives in a big, bold way—they too can accomplish anything they set out to do."

Muldoon's works enjoy a passionate and loyal following. As noted by one reader, "I've had the pleasure of reading all three of Melissa Muldoon's novels and highly recommend them all. She has found her niche in delivering inspiring, need-to-know stories about women - their strengths, determination and will, to not only survive but thrive under the most challenging circumstances throughout history." – Sheri Hoyte
