NEW YORK - May 10, 2019 - PRLog -- Concierge Auctions has announced its lineup of top-tier properties being auctioned in May and early June—featuring multiple estates currently listed for more than $10 million—the majority offered Without Reserve to the highest bidders. Boasting over 590 feet of rare river frontage with accommodations for an up to a 135-foot mega yacht, Tarpon Pointe is a 20,623-square-foot Fort Lauderdale estate owned by the late Wayne Huizenga, founder of Waste Management and co-owner of a trifecta of Florida sports teams including the Dolphins, Panthers, and Marlins. The private, Mediterranean-style property is situated on 1.41 acres and offers 270-degree river and skyline views, tropical landscaping, a resort-style pool overlooking the confluence of the New and Tarpon Rivers, and a three-story gazebo with clocktower and curved staircase.

Located in the community of Pedegral de Cabo San Lucas, the 12,079-square-foot villa known as Casa Cielo in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is co-owned by Major League Baseball legend Jason Giambi. The property is currently listed for $10.7 million and will sell Without Reserve in cooperation with Marco Ehrenberg and Jhoanna Higuera of Los Cabos Sotheby's International Realty.

Spread across 317 acres, a parceled subdivision of the original McBryde Sugar Plantation – known as the Makali'i Plantation – will auction as the largest parcel of private land on Hawaii's island of Kauai. The property includes a 4,000-square-foot main house, two cottages, and is parceled into 17-to-54-acre lots primed for residential development. Currently listed for $12 million, the estate will sell Without Reserve in cooperation Luana Dellaluce of Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers.
