In the building, smartphone accessed room keys, 24-hour concierge services, energy efficient LED lighting with occupancy sensors, and smart heating and air conditioning create an efficient and comfortable stay. Adjacent to the rooftop lounge, solar installed by Southern Energy Management in 2018 provides the hotel with a clean power source. Their 45.6 kW system will produce 56,315 kWh of energy each year. This is the equivalent to offsetting 92,397 pounds of carbon or 102,722 miles not driven each year. These energy efficient and progressive design technologies make Revisn a leader in the future of hotel building.
