HP American Energy, inc. Sells 10% Equity for $2 Million

LOS ANGELES - April 30, 2019 - PRLog -- Today Flonamix, inc. and HP American Energy, inc. signed a definitive purchase agreement. HP American Energy, inc. made an agreement in principle with Flonamix, inc. to mutually cooperate on advancement of business goals. The deal states that HP American Energy, inc. is to receive 5% of all investment capital received by Flonamix, inc. up to a total of $5 million dollars in their current round of funding and in exchange, Flonamix, inc. will receive almost 10% equity stake in HP American Energy, inc.
