By: QuackeryWatch https://www.amazon.ca/ Have you ordered and used GHR-15 or other Growth Hormone Releasing Products? It's been nearly two decades since various vendors of natural health products called "Growth Hormone Releasers" made wild and unsupported claims. They just flogged their products without any regard for clinical evidence or research. They all just sounded scientific. But, in fact none of their claims were true. They were all just professional grifters aiming to take your money. In the U.S. they are still thriving because they know that the FDA hasn't been able to challenge most of them in court. Efforts in the U.S. to control their bogus ads have been futile. Their FTC (Federal Trade Commission) basically threw up their hands over false advertising of GHR-15 and also from many other companies. Scores of other companies set up multiple web sites selling their own versions of GHR over the last two decades. The claims for nearly all of the GHR-type products were not just deceptive, they were clearly fraudulent. For the most part these others are all still on the market in the U.S. In Canada, one particular product, GHR-15, was first marketed in the early 2000s by Burlington, Ontario company named BIE Health Products. This company was founded by Richard Beemer who has admitted that he had no scientific training in sworn depositions. In the Summer of 2005, Health Canada, following multiple complaints, issued a public warning to consumers about GHR-15. Dozens of media outlets, newspapers, and health organizations repeated or linked to the HC warning. The Canadian government never criminally charged Mr. Beemer or his company. This book will provide details of the trail of deceit that targeted consumers with false claims of anti-aging properties, and scores of other serious health claims made over the years. Actions against GHR-15 have been massive here in Canada, yet the U.S. has failed miserably to stop its sales. BIE Health was told to stop advertising its products in Canadian publications, and yet they ignored it for over 15 years. Sales using a Canadian address, and web sites don't seem to stop BIE. BIE has spent millions on ads in major magazines with little changes from year to year. Dr. Polevoy has documented the false claims that are still being made today, nearly 14 years later. A major libel lawsuit that has now reached an amazing $37 million was filed in 2005. BIE claimed that multiple major media organizations, medical societies, and finally Dr. Polevoy and his ISP were the target of the lawsuit. Huge amounts of taxpayers dollars have been spent by the government, and thousands of hours spent by Health Canada to defend their position. Dr. Polevoy, is the only other individual outside of the government that remains in the lawsuit that hasn't even reached a courtroom for a trial by judge or jury. BIE has never permitted him to be dropped from the lawsuit. The book will reveal the entire FTC-FOIA (Freedom of Information) The money earned from the sale of this book will be used to defray massive personal legal expenses that have reached in excess of $45,000 and that's before any trial date has even been set. Please take the time to read the entire book. Tell your colleagues who might be able to spread the word. Thanks, Terry Polevoy, MD End
