GradLeaders Selects New CEO and President/COO During Growth-Oriented Recapitalization

DUBLIN, Ohio - March 28, 2019 - PRLog -- GradLeaders is pleased to announce that Mark Quinlan and Rich Rudek have joined the company as investor-operators and will serve as CEO and President/COO, respectively. Upon the consummation of an in-process growth-oriented recapitalization, Quinlan will take on the role of Chairman as well.

The two most recently served in similar capacities at Improveit 360, another Columbus-based vertical SaaS company.  Improveit 360 was acquired by the nation's leading "service commerce" player, EverCommerce, in April 2017.

Quinlan and Rudek bring their own unique backgrounds and experiences to the team. Quinlan is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has an MBA as well as a Master's in Public Policy & Management from The Ohio State University. Rudek graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and has an MBA from the University of Dayton. The two partners were finalists for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2005.
