New IEPE accelerometer offers ultra-high frequency response

IRVINE, Calif. - March 20, 2019 - PRLog -- Meggitt has released its model 7250B ISOTRON accelerometer to the test and measurement industry. Featuring a frequency range up to 40kHz, this new addition to Meggitt's product offering combines the features of an extremely high frequency response and through hole mounting capability, all in an ultra miniature and lightweight package.

The internal electronics of this sub-miniature piezoelectric accelerometer is compatible with a wide range of instrumentation and will be the unit of choice for those extreme, dirty/wet environments where successful installation in cramped spaces is a must. The lightweight 7250B eliminates mass loading effects and is available with a standard 6-40 UNF connector, or with solder pins as output terminals (7250BM1).

A wide variety of included and optional accessories are available for this RoHs and CE compliant accelerometer. As well, each 7250B(BM1) is shipped with a calibration certificate certified to A2LA standards.
