CARRHURE filled CIAT's Director of Finance

PARIS - Feb. 12, 2019 - PRLog -- The International Centre for Tropical Agriculture, a not-for-profit research and development organization dedicated to reducing poverty and hunger while protecting natural resources in developing countries, selected Mr. Guardia as the center's Director of Finance.

Carrhure was retained by CIAT last November 2018 to fill this position and after a few weeks of search, Mr. Guardia was the one selected.

The team under the supervision of its Managing Director, Ms. Aurée de Carbon, was able to fill this position with a highly qualified and passionate candidate.

Victor Guardia is a finance expert with over 20 years of experience in multinational NGOs holding leadership positions across Latin America within multicultural and multi-disciplinary environments. He is highly motivated to gain new experiences, to learn new skills, and to share his knowledge and ideas for the benefit of the organization's success. He possesses the ability to clearly understand the main objectives of any organization in order to create sound financial structures and to reach long-term goals while avoiding any potential strategic and financial risks. He is an ambitious and charismatic leader who can demonstrate exceptional maturity despite his young age. Although he has achieved professional successes in the finance area, he remains a warm and humble individual. He is also a strong believer of integrity. He stands by on what he believes is right and will always uphold high ethical standards.
