Condominium Feasibility Study Completed Great Neck, Long Island New York

GREAT NECK, N.Y. - Feb. 5, 2019 - PRLog -- McKinley Homes of Peachtree Corners, Georgia engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide a feasibility study for their planned 40-unit residential condominium project to be located at Middle Neck Road as part of their project due diligence process.

The feasibility included a complete economic, market, cost and financial evaluation of the planned project. The planned project is known as The Rose at Great Neck.  The project consist of 40-units of fee simple condominiums within three floor building with a full basement area.

The building has seven unit types ranging from 768 to 1,378 square feet of living area. The Great Neck market area has not seen new condominium buildings in several years.  The feasibility study indicated strong demand, and increasing units prices.  The client was seeking construction cost estimates whereas the feasibility study indicated a maximum project cost by developing a pro forma and Net Present Value of cash flows.
