RE/MAX DFW Associates Welcomes New Manager

CARROLLTON, Texas - Jan. 31, 2019 - PRLog -- RE/MAX DFW Associates is proud to announce Matt Hilton as the new manager for the Willowbend office. He is now the manager for both the Dallas and Willowbend locations, as well as the Education Director for the firm overall.

Matt says his goal is to build the office with producing agents to be a marketplace leader, help agents achieve a level of success that they desire, and the office recognized in the Plano/Frisco/N. Carrollton area as a community of servant leaders.

Matt plans to travel between the offices during the week to ensure the agents in both offices will get one-on-one time with him as needed.

"I am here to be a resource to the agents," said Matt. "Helping them build their individual businesses with solid foundations, coaching them through any issues and growth opportunities that present themselves, and supporting them with an example of servant leadership and a strong work ethic."

Matt brings over 13 years of real estate and leadership experience. He is currently the president of Habitat for Humanity of Collin County (2017-present) and the former president of Collin County Association of REALTORS®.  He is very active with TAR and NAR serving as directors and on committees.

In addition, he has earned the following designations to better assist his team and clientele:  Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

Matt is a native Texan, who received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Baylor University. He is a proud father of four teens, and an active member of Highland Oaks Church. When time permits, he enjoys playing tennis and cooking.
