Forgiveness is the key to happiness: Radical Forgiveness Workshop

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Jan. 12, 2019 - PRLog -- Interfaith Minister Theresa Baudier will lead a 3- session workshop on "Radical Forgiveness." These will be held Mondays on February 18 and 25, and March 4, 7-8:30 p.m. in the Prayer Room at Unity of Delray Beach Church, 101 NW 22^nd. St., Delray Beach. A free-will offering will be collected.

Baudier says, "The workshops will look at how the ego can be an effective teacher if viewed correctly.  The curriculum is based on Colin Tippin's bestseller, Radical Forgiveness. We will use exercises from Don't Forgive Too Soon, by the Linns.  The examples will help us identify areas in life where we are withholding forgiveness and refocus our thoughts and actions toward spiritual growth. Forgiveness is, indeed, the key to happiness."

"One week, we will We will reach to experience walking a mile in another person's shoes.  We can start to recognize that if we were in the exact same situation, with the same experience, and the same knowledge as that person, that we would have made the same choice as they did at the time. We aim to learn to forgive ourselves and others by understanding the choice we/they made.
