The Group has successfully established itself as a global player in energy, power plants and infrastructure projects all across the globe, especially Africa and the Middle East.

His Highness who has developed his image as a philanthropist par excellence arrived at a landmark moment in 2016 by signing a 510$ million contract with Mahama led government, shouldering the responsibility of building, owning and operating power plants on the Ameri Group for five years and transferring it thereafter to the government of Ghana without charging a penny.

With noble ambitions at heart, He has mentored Ameri Energy not just towards the smooth operation of power plant in Ghana but also for initiating training of over 80 percent of Ghanaian local staff on adequate measures to operate and maintain the plant. The plant which functions on natural gas comprises ten GE turbines and associated plant equipment.

The emergence of Ameri Energy as a winner even after facing tough competition from many companies is a clear indication of the company's repute and revolutionary role in solving the country's electricity crisis. It is under the aegis of the honorable His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum that the company has come so far, having established a strong base in the energy sector. The plant has been monumental for the people of Ghana, whose well-being has always concerned His Highness.
