The 6^th Miami Edition of Fridge Art Fair Miami opens Monday, December 3rd at Eurostar's Langford Hotel, 121 SE 1^st Street and runs through Saturday December8^th, exploring the theme of "The Velvet Rope and what it symbolizes.  Is the rope about being exclusive?  Is it to keep those that one has decided isn't worthy out or is it to let those who are in?

This exploration is carefully crafted in nature from playful to thought provoking and features both Blue and Clifford the Big Red Dog to help us explore the Evolution.

Despite science naysayers sitting in powerful places (1600), Fridge continues to evolve and entertain as well as acting as a provocateur for change in the contemporary art sector by reminding viewers that what is "out there" on and off the commercial center is more than worth paying attention to. Our velvet rope opens for dynamic and creative forces who care to communicate and dare to be themselves.

Fridge Art Fair is listing exhibitors by their name rather than their gallery association. Fridge has the utmost respect for all art galleries – art venues - artists etc...

Fridge was founded by beloved dog artist/serious painter Eric Ginsburg (worldoferic.com) in 2013, with its May NYC edition named to evoke a small, more agile Frieze.  Now under a not-for-profit with Ginsburg and his team still in place, Fridge operates and admits by tax-deductible donations so as never to turn away exhibitors or art lovers -- all are welcome!
