Popular Beachside Restaurant Will Offer Traditional Turkey Dinner and Two Favorite Italian Holiday Dishes

(Delray Beach, FL – November 9, 2018) Caffe Luna Rosa, Delray Beach's popular beachside restaurant is pleased to announce it will be serving Thanksgiving dinner, with specials including a traditional turkey dinner as well two favorite Italian holiday dishes.

Although Caffe Luna Rosa has always been open for brunch on Thanksgiving, this year marks the first time the restaurant will be serving dinner on the holiday.

"A lot of people aren't cooking traditional Thanksgiving dinners anymore, especially those who don't have family in the area," said Executive Chef Ernesto DeBlasi. "Now anyone who is here on vacation or who doesn't want to cook — and clean up — can come to Caffe Luna Rosa and enjoy an American Thanksgiving dinner as well as traditional Italian holiday fare."

For those who want a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, Luna Rosa will be serving a slow-roasted, sliced organic turkey breast with mashed potatoes, sausage stuffing, asparagus spears and homemade gravy. The organic turkey special will also be available for brunch.

One of the Italian holiday favorites being offered on Thanksgiving will be homemade rigatoni with Sunday gravy, which includes slow-stewed pork and beef, San Marzano ragu with house-made meatball and Italian sausage.

Also on the menu is Spigola Acqua Pazza, which includes an oven-roasted Chilean sea bass with grape tomatoes, shallots and lemon butter finished with fresh arugula, served with herbed rice.

Also on the menu are a chilled lobster and shrimp dish served in a martini glass with fresh cucumber spaghetti, diced tomatoes and Newburg dressing. The dessert special for the evening will be a homemade pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream.

Caffe Luna Rosa will be serving Thanksgiving brunch from 7 am to 2:45 pm and dinner from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Reservations are accepted for dinner only. Please call (561) 274-9404.
